SarahMs. Monaghan brings twenty-five years of experience in New Jersey legal practice to Dilts & Koester. She practiced for ten years at a major New Jersey law firm, where she gained extensive experience in environmental law, including litigated matters, and transactional and regulatory matters. Since leaving the large firm to raise her family, Ms. Monaghan’s practice has focused on appellate work for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, where she provides all of her clients with personal, detailed and in depth service.
